What happens when you call, text or walk in?

Your appointment is free and it is completely confidential. Call, text or email the office: we will make an appointment for you to come in at your earliest convenience.

You will be offered a hot or cold drink when you arrive and you will fill out a form; to tell us what services and support you are needing. We will meet with you for approximately an hour long appointment. You will be offered accurate information, referrals, resources and tangible support. We are here to help.
